Worksome
2022 – Current
Worksome is an external workforce management solution that is redefining the contractor experience. In November 2022, I joined to serve as interim General Counsel. In managing the legal function and team, I strive to optimize the limited legal resources while building a solid foundation to scale the business. I am particularly excited to develop our Classify product, which provides recommendations for worker classification in the UK and US.
Unity
2018-2022
In 2018, I joined Unity as senior legal counsel to support the global R&D organization of over 900 engineers. Over my 4 years at Unity I was promoted twice to Legal Director of Product and Technology and served as a Director on the Danish company Board of Directors. I developed the product counsel function - hiring, training, and managing an international team of 6 product lawyers. In addition, I made the first full-time legal operations hire and launched the legal operations function. As a true generalist, I also handled a variety of legal matters across Europe and China.

2009–2018
I began my in-house career at the National Football League (NFL) in New York after graduating law school in 2010. My only non-in-house work was as a sports lawyer at law firm in Los Angeles, where I lasted two years before I quit. I went back in-house at Red Bull Media House in Salzburg, Austria where I supported the sales and distribution team. From there I became the first lawyer at VR turned NFT startup in New York before joining Unity. I’m an in-house generalist and love improving and scaling Legal for startups and scale-ups.
Outside of work, I’m a certified CrossFit instructor, enjoy writing on legal topics, and hanging out with my two kids and husband.
