First Look: The workflow I built at a hackathon
So it turns out writing about what you are building takes a lot of time. I am going to start mixing articles with videos more. This is the first one.
The short version: a living capability record in Notion that is automatically generated for human review. It then feeds human-approved answers into a Slack channel for Sales and Customer Success. Legal holds the only key to what goes live.
Below is a rough walkthrough of the workflow I built at Worksome's company hackathon. Claude, n8n, Notion, Slack, Intercom, and Wordsmith. One day to build the pipeline. Months to fill the corpus. More on that later this week.
Also joining me at the L Suite Claude webinar this Thursday.
I will be covering two workflows live: this one — a system for ensuring what sales and CS tell customers accurately reflects product capabilities and compliance requirements — and a legal intake and dashboard I built with Claude. Two real workflows I am running right now. Register here.
